The property is impeccably clean, and the staff are superbly friendly. the units are brand-new and huge, each with a balcony and complimentary bottled water. the breakfast spread offers a wide array of goodies. the hotel has a particularly good location in Pattaya, close to main attractions, the beach road, shops, restaurants. It is also conveniently located near Walking Street, making it an amazing base for exploring Pattaya.

-The location was good, as well as the breakfast, even though the french toast and eggs were quite cold
The staff was really unfriendly and not helpful, it was noticeable that they were not in the mood to work. Further they tired to keep the deposit money for the key, because the signature was not exactly the same than the day before. Moreover one of the rooms was not clean.

Totally obsessed with the fact that Sawasdee Sea View was THAT near the beach. 3 minutes walk to the beach~!... and 20-30 mins walk to Walking Street.
Although the physical location of the hotel is 3 mins away... Guests won't get much 'sea' view from the hotel rooms unless you stretch your head out of the window. The rooms faces other resorts/hotels. Still, this is no cause for concern as we can always walk to the beach.

Enthusiastic staff members at the hotel. the room is reasonably spacious and comes with a balcony. - Complimentary bottled water provided. - Unbeatable and stunning location close to a central shopping mall.

We liked large rooms and fabulous food.
The location was quiet, near some of the amazing attractions Pattaya has to offer. Plus it was near restaurants and bars.

Was an excellent home base for trip. Would stay here again without hesitation, the hotel was impeccably clean, and location near to almost everything was unbeatable and realy good! Location: the property was just off beach road, 7-Eleven, eateries and shopping malls, beach, shopping centre, walking street and Central Festival Mall. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and responsive to what we asked for. The service was helpful and the pool was nice. Late check-out was useful.

The location of this place is great, being just a short walk away from the beach and various shops and restaurants, the room was spacious and tidy with a lovely balcony, making our stay enjoyable overall.

Close to beach and 15 mins walk from walking street, 5 mins walk from mall, internet and food (mc donalds, subway, KFC)

This place has a great location near the beach, shopping areas, bars, and restaurants, with the central festival within walking distance, and only 1 km from Ripley's Believe It or Not.
